May 14, 2015, in Ho Chi Minh city, the US Consulate General in conjunction with the Ministry of Planning and Investment organized a Conference on Clean Energy. The conference aims to introduce the technology, expertise and the financial strategies of the US in the development of clean energy including wind, solar, biomass, waste-to-energy and energy efficiency. This conference will provide opportunities for U.S government/experts and Vietnamese partners to share experiences on supporting the development of clean energy, as well as provides opportunities for local project developers to get in touch with US government agencies such as USAID, USTDA, EXIM, OPIC and other financial institutions in seeking financial support for their projects.
US Consulate General has offered PECC3, as an renewable energy consulting organization in Vietnam to deliver presentation of “clean energy development in Vietnam”. In the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Dung, Director of Renewable Energies Department, has represented PECC3 perform this invitation.
